Terms of Service

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any project work discussed with 3117 Digital. A project quote or written agreement may include additional terms, which take precedence for that project.
Concept previews
A free website preview is a concept mockup, prepared so you can see a possible design direction. It is not a complete website, it does not include development, copywriting, or launch, and it does not grant you a licence to use the concept commercially. Full website design and development is a paid service, quoted before any work begins.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are based on the scope agreed in writing. Work begins after you accept the quote. Websites are launched once the project is approved and paid for according to that agreement. Payment schedules are set out in the quote or agreement.
Revisions and scope
Each project includes the revision rounds described in its quote. Work outside the agreed scope — new pages, new features, or a new direction after sign-off — is quoted separately.
Advertising
Advertising budgets are paid to the advertising platforms and are separate from our management fees. Campaigns are set up around the goals agreed with you, but 3117 Digital cannot guarantee advertising performance, impressions, click-through rates, leads, or sales, as these depend on your market, offer, and budget.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, content, and images, and for holding the rights to anything you provide. You are also responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure where we set up services on your behalf.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the finished website design and the content we created for you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Maintenance and support
Ongoing maintenance and advertising management are separate monthly services. They can be paused or cancelled with notice as described in the relevant package.
